Kohunga Kutai is a Sustainable Seas - Blue Economy Innovation Fund project investigating the use of native plant fibres for capture of settling larval green-lipped mussels for subsequent use in seeding aquaculture operations. This data catalogue entry is to signal the future deposition of data derived from the research. The data will relate to the selection, processing of natural plant fibres, their subsequent degradation when placed in seawater, and their performance for attracting and retaining settling mussel larvae, through to subsequent nursery stage of aquaculture production.
