Description: 1) Data from quantitative surveys using transects and quadrats to estimate abudances of key fish and invertebrate species respectively. Surveys were carried out on the nearest significant reef sites to salmon farms and at reference reef sites in Feburary 2018. 2) Data from quantitative surveys using transects and quadrats to estimate abudances of key fish and invertebrate species respectively. Surveys were carried out on the nearest significant reef sites to salmon farms and at reference reef sites in November 2018. 3) Dry weights, and ash free dry weights for members of reef communities collected at the nearest significant reef sites to salmon farms, and at reference sites in the Marlborough Sounds in January 2017. 4) Dry weights, and ash free dry weights for members of reef communities collected at the nearest significant reef sites to salmon farms, and at reference sites in the Marlborough Sounds in Feburary 2018. 5) Bulk stable isotope data (13C and 15N) for members of infaunal communities collected at sites 100m and 300m downstream of salmon farm and at reference sites in Januaray 2017 sites in the Marlborough Sounds (Sustainable Seas project number 4.1.1)
